*IN! is a socially critical campaign that highlights women and non-binary people working in professions where they remain underrepresented to this day — particularly in skilled trades and STEM fields. The campaign centers personal stories and real perspectives to challenge traditional role models and make new ones visible.
The Concept
Bold, minimalistic, and confident. The design relies on striking headlines, clear typography, and powerful visuals. The title “*IN!” plays with the gender-inclusive language in german and becomes a visual statement in itself. Generous white space, high-contrast elements, and direct language give the campaign a modern, confident aesthetic that puts the protagonists front and center.
